2025 Exciting Changes and more...

1. The popular All Things Home People's Choice Award has a new look and feel.  We've simplified the eligibility and voting process to boost its impact and value to our members.

Who's eligible? Anyone who enters the Special Achievement Award categories, and is selected as a finalist, will automatically become a People's Choice finalist, based on the project they identified for voting at the time of entry.

This means there will be a maximum of 20 projects (5 per SAA category) vying for the All Things Home People's Choice Award.

Instead of 6 preliminary rounds to create a shortlist, followed by a 7th final round to determine the winner, NOW, there will be just 1 (one) round, from September 9, 2025 to October 5, 2025.

The Special Achievement Award categories are:

SAA - Production Builder of the Year

SAA - Custom Builder of the Year

SAA - Designer of the Year

SAA - Renovator of the Year
