To begin your submission, the primary submitter and all co-submitters must be active GOHBA members in good standing. If you are unsure whether your co-submitter meets this requirement, please contact [email protected] to confirm prior to submitting your project(s).

Select the category you wish to enter, complete all required fields, and upload your supporting materials, including project descriptions, images, and any additional documentation. Please note that certain fields are mandatory, and your submission cannot be successfully completed until all required fields are filled in. The platform allows you to save your progress at any time, making it easy to return, edit, and refine your submission before finalizing. We encourage entrants to review all information carefully to ensure a complete and polished entry.

Please ensure that all submitted materials do not contain any identifying information, including company names, logos, signage, street addresses, or any other details that could reveal the identity of the submitter, as this is essential to maintain a fair and unbiased judging process. Any information or materials submitted without maintaining anonymity will be deemed ineligible and will be removed from the judging process.

All photos should be saved using the project name and labeled in numeric sequence (e.g., ProjectName_01, ProjectName_02), avoiding any company names within file names

HOW TO SUBMIT ONLINE ENTRIES:

The 43rd Housing Design Awards features a fully online submission process. All entries must be submitted through the Housing Design Awards website no later than 11:59 PM on Friday, July 24, 2026. Please note that no extensions will be granted.

Before beginning your submission, we strongly encourage you to review the Eligibility Requirements, What's New, and Important Dates & Fees sections of the website. Detailed descriptions and requirements can also be found within each individual category page.

To get started, create your member account or log in to access the submission platform. Once logged in, you will be directed to your submission dashboard, where you can create new entries and edit them at any time prior to the deadline.

To begin a submission, select your desired category and assign a project name. Please ensure the project name does not contain any identifying information or reference your company and cannot be linked back to your organization in any way. You will then be prompted to enter all required fields and upload your project photos. If including floor plans or site plans, please ensure they are uploaded in PDF format.

You can view and manage all your entries through the dashboard by selecting “Entries.” From there, you may edit or update your submissions at any time before the deadline.

Important: A submission is only considered complete once you have clicked the SUBMIT button for each individual entry. Incomplete entries will not be eligible or reviewed by the judges.
