Entry Fees:

Main Submitter - $175.00 (plus HST) per submission.

Co-Submitter - $175.00 (plus HST) per submission.

Finalist Fees:

Main Submitter - $175 (plus HST) pers submission.

Co-Submitter - $175 (plus HST) per submission.

The main submitter is responsible for paying all applicable co-submitter fees at the time of submission and may arrange reimbursement directly with their co-submitters. The collection or distribution of these payments is not the responsibility of GOHBA. This updated system was implemented to significantly reduce administrative processing and staff time spent following up on payments, creating a more efficient process for everyone involved. All main submission fees must be paid in full at the time of submissions prior to the July 24, 2026 deadline.

Finalists will be announced on September 9, 2026. GOHBA will reach out to all finalists individually and remind them to log back into the system to pay all finalist fees including co-submitter fees. The collection or distribution of these payments is not the responsibility of GOHBA. Main submitters are responsible for paying all applicable co-submitter finalist fees at this time. All finalist fees must be paid in full by October 1, 2026 or the entry may be subject to disqualification.
