Requirements
This award recognizes an outstanding built complete community. Builders/Developers are encouraged to co-submit with their planning and/or architecture firms.
Entry Requirements
- 1 photograph of your main project image. This photo will be used for all awards/media purposes.
- 8 -12 photographs of your choice featuring the community
- Please note that photos should be 300 dpi resolution and may be resized to facilitate loading for judges. Photos should be a maximum of 10 megabytes.
- Each photo should be given a unique name or number for identification purposes
Written submission
The written submission (400 words maximum) should explain the concept behind the project; describe its planning and design, how it optimizes its site and land area; identify how the project exemplifies excellence in innovation and design, and highlight its sustainable features and environmental considerations.
PDF of the site plan
3D views and colour renderings are permitted to enhance the intent of the design.
